Speaking

I occasionally speak at conferences and meetups to share what I’ve learned from working with design systems in real teams, with real constraints.

My talks aren’t about best-case scenarios but they’re about what actually works. I focus on the practical side of design systems: how to get buy-in, keep systems maintainable, and make sure they serve the people using them.

Recent Talks

Community-Driven Design Systems
Design Systems Berlin
I shared some thoughts on how systems can grow stronger when they’re shaped by the community using them. We talked about contribution models, scaling feedback, and what it looks like when teams feel real ownership of the system.

🎯 Product Management in Design Systems
Into Design Systems Meetup, Berlin
